I’m Jemma, originally from Aberdeen, Scotland, I moved to London thirteen years ago to peruse a career in London’s West End. I have worked on shows such as The Bodyguard, Monty Python One Down Five To Go, Shrek the Musical and Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. Working on large-scale musicals gave me so much joy, but ultimately my love and passion for dogs gave me the push to change careers and follow my passion.

I have completed several courses with international pet behaviour counsellor Sarah Whitehead (BA, MSc) author of Cleverdog and owner of the Clever Dog Company. I was hand picked by Sarah to work under her Clever Dog Method and I am extremely proud to hold a Clever Dog Company Method License. I have completed I believe that there is always something new to learn. I am a CPD certified pet first aider.

I am a registered trainer with Dog A.I.D. (Assistance in Disability) helping disabled owners to train their own pet dog as an assistance dog.

I am a reward based trainer, using kind, fair and evidence based methods only. I want to help you learn how to effectively communicate with your dog in a fun and positive way.  My beagle Luna certainly keeps me on my toes, she's the best teacher any dog trainer could ask for!
